    Creation

    Mazaran was created by writer John Ney Rieber and penciler Gary Amaro in The Books of Magic issue 1, in 1994.

    Major Story Arcs

    Mazaran is an elf lord who is fairly contemptuous of humans, calling them "clayborn."

    Nevertheless, when Titania asks him to be a messenger, and to summon Tamlin to her, Tamlin manages to humble him by simply throwing dirt in his eyes.
