Doctor Druid suspects a doppelganger is acting on behalf of Adam Clayton. Plus, attack of the Lizard-Men!
After planning to take Gorgilla back to Borneo's Midnight Mountain and setting their course, the Monster Hunters' plane is attacked by a mysterious aircraft. Makkari (still not revealed to be his true identity) is able to save the aircraft revealing another identity of his as being the 1930s hero The Hurricane, also known as Mercury. He reveals that the being behind the monsters is none other than the Devil.
After the team makes it Midnight Mountain they are attacked again, but this time by Lizard People. The monsters are able to capture Makkari, but not before Doctor Druid is able to find out where they are taking him. In the meantime, Bloodstone is revealed to have been hiding things himself including great strength and a red stone in his chest after he is buried by some falling rock.
