This issues features four stories.
"On the Road" starring Wolverine and the Hulk. "Part 1: The Long and Winding Road"
"Children of the Beast" starring the Werewolf. "Chapter I: The Moon is a Harsh Mistress" - Jack Russell suffers a nightmare in which he is accosted by a silvery predator, a flock of crows, a pack of rabid dogs, the decaying ghost of his father, and the spirit of the Werewolf. He awakens in the cell where he chains himself during the full moon. He takes a dose of Thorazine and awaits moonrise. When he transforms, he howls and yanks at his chains, but the tranquilizer kicks in and he passes out. In the red light district of Los Angeles, Silver Dagger enters an adult bookstore where everyone inside has been slaughtered, and he suspects Jack Russell.
