Brazilian illustrator, cartoonist and colorist, based in Mallorca. Studied at The School of Visual Arts at the Armando Alvares Penteado Foundation as well as at the Technical College of Design Communications - IADÊ, both in São Paulo. He moved to Barcelona in 1996 and then to Mallorca, in 2002, where has been publishing caricatures and illustrations for the newspaper Ultima Hora. He is also a contributor to the Museum of Natural Sciences and the Balearic Sóller Botanical Garden. In 2007, Marcelo started coloring for an American comics publisher, Dynamic Forces. He has been coloring titles as "The Lone Ranger", "Green Hornet Strikes!", "Voltron", "Warlord of Mars" and " Red Sonja Unchained ".
