    Manta Force is a story from Eagle comic. Starting with a prologue illustrated by Ian Kennedy in issue 285, the main series ran for twenty episodes between issues 286 - 305. It was written by Alan Hebden and illustrated by Mike Dorey.

    Based on the line of action figures and vehicles from Bluebird Toys. The Manta Force crew consisted of:

    • Commander Bill Quest (overall charge of Manta Force and Leader of the Manta Hawks)
    • Captain Nigel Hunt (Leader of the Manta Wolves)
    • Captain Buck Finn (Leader of the Manta Sharks)

    Their enemies, Viper Force, were led by Major Vex.
