    The Metropolis Commish and the Mayor brought her in while Superman was missing, hired her to redesign the SCU Special Crimes Unitm, to change its mission.

    She is called by his camarades as "Wolf". She figured SCU put birds up on patrol at night. That way they are already in motion if something does happen. Faster response time, faster SCU can keep people from getting hurt.

    Lupé Leocadio has a sentimental relationship with Father Daniel Leone, before he has his vows.
