Reptile King Drago hires Lobo to become the massacring murderer to a micro-universe race of beings placated onto his desk less he fears the race will venture out and war on his empire. Lobo is shrunk to microscopic levels from his world to become a giant battling tiny alien farmers onto another. Faster than you can say "Gulliver", the Main Man gets a lesson on size and battle.
