Creation
Light was created by Green Arrow writer J.T. Krul.
She and her sister were members of the New Suicide Squad. Her sister Lime died while giving information on the Squad and nano bombs detonated her head. The Suicide Squad was on a mission to capture and contain Resurrection Man. When Mitch Shelley began his resurrection, Light and Deadshot ran off to the caverns. Light lost control of her surroundings telling Deadshot, Waller would die by her hands for killing Lime. Deadshot pulled her close suppressing fire into her stomach and leaving her there to die.
