    On the Pre-Crisis Earth Themyscira was home to very large Kangaroos called Kangas. Kangas were alien beings brought to the island by a tribe of star-faring Amazons who called themselves the Sky Riders of Nebulosa. The Amazons would ride on kangas for fun or for sport, and use them to help with work on the island. Wonder Woman's Kanga was named Jumpa.

    Super Pets

    Jumpa was a member of the Super-Pets along side Krypto, Ace the Bat-Hound, Streaky, Ch'p, Topo, Beppo, and later Whatzit.

    Capstone Kids

    Capstone launched a line of of chapter books staring the DC Super-Pets. The team of pets include Jumpa, Krypto, Ace, Streaky, Whatzit, B'dg, Gleek, Comet, and Storm the Seahorse.
