Origin
Johan, and his sister Anna, were a product of an experiment begun in the early 1970s, the goal of which was to create a child with great levels of intelligence and near-perfect appearance who could lead the human race.
Abilities
Liebert is a skilled manipulator and uses his skills in order to make people carry out his own schemes. He is able to control people in a variety of ways: blackmail (he's threatened to reveal two of his victims drugs trade if they did not kill), befriending them (often using those who are on the edge of society) and causing them to doubt themselves.
