    Who is Palmer Addley? Don't worry, you'll know for sure by the end of this issue.The Good I'm usually a huge fan of Ariel Olivetti's art. This is the first time it's hit or miss for me from panel to panel. (Explained more in the bad section) His artwork really is beautiful in this issue, and Nick Spencer's writing, overall is great.     Cover:   Completely inconsequential and unrelated.  As other reviewers have pointed out, there's no relevance because Rhodes is absent from the issue altogetherThe Good: It's different.  I don't know if this has been done before, but it doesn't work that bad here.  It definitely gives us more insight into what Palmer Addley is all about, and the investigation type setting fits.  The dialogue, as few as there is in this issue, still feels like some of the most real interactions between people I...

    Nick Spencer and Ariel Olivetti turn the focus on Palmer Addley in what is basically a villain spotlight issue that leaves our title character largely absent. Kaylie Doran, one of Rhodey's intelligence consultants, discovers the true past of Palmer Addley through his real background files. This issue is mostly narrated through interviews with people from Addley's past, and it is a very effective way of exposing what a dangerous and damaged person Addley was.
