    Short summary describing this volume.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

I have to wonder, it's 1953, on the stands you will find Tales from the Crypt, the golden age Superman and Batman, the short lived commie fighting new version of Captain America, heck even Rex the Wonder Dog, all for only 10 cents, and you spend that and a another nickel besides for Hoods Up?

Oh sure they say it's for "the profit-minded Fram Dealer" but it also has a 15 cent price tag on it so I assume your local profit-minded Fram Dealers had them out for sell to the kiddies? Or were they given away with the price just be make them look like a real comic?
