Origin

Nothing is known about Hindenberg's origin. At some point he met and teamed up with the other members of the Superior 5.

Hindenberg was created by Gail Simone, Dale Eaglesham, and Val Semeiks. He is closely modelled on the Inferior Five parody superhero The Blimp.

Hindenberg and his team join up with the Secret Society of Super Villains.

Hindenberg is among the villains who are transported to the planet Salvation. His ultimate fate is unknown.

Hindenberg is capable of flight. Given his bulk and the character he is based on, he is presumably a slow flyer.
