    Major Story Arcs

    The Heckler

Working as the sole hero of Delta City, The Heckler makes efforts to dismantle Boss Glitter's criminal enterprises throughout the city, as well as defending the city against various threats, despite the public's general apathy towards him. He is able to prevent John Doe from turning the city generic, decapitates the Cosmic Clown, cancels the criminal show of C'est Hay, and manages to prevent the apocalypse.

    Powers and Abilities

The Heckler is highly resistant to injury, but has no other known superhuman powers or abilities. He is of normal strength and agility for a man of his age, size, and fitness. His most useful weapon is his razor-sharp wit, which he can use to badger and irritate his opponents to distraction and ultimately defeat.
