During an archaeological dig within the country of Kahndaq, Black Adam comes to his former ally, Hawkman, to bring a halt to the excavation. But why is the dig so important to Black Adam? And who will help him keep Hawkman from unlocking the secret within?

    Though at a first look this issue sounds like the typical filler, putting Carter and Danny in Kahndaq, just so they can play archeologist, the truth is that Johns seized this moment as an oportunity to develop a little more Carter Hall as a character, showing that he has strong connections with Black Adam, since they´ve shared common goals in his first life, when he was an Egyptian prince in the 15th dynasty - also the great art of Scot Eaton really helps, making this read more enjoyable, but th...
