    Origin

    Gumbo has been the sidekick of Jambalaya Jake on several of his adventures.

    Creation

    Gumbo was created for the TV show, Darkwing duck , to fight the character by the same name.

    He first appeared in comics in 2011 in a book published by Boom! Studios.

    Mayoral Arc

    When darkwing and launchpad are campaigning against each other for mayor, they also face an illusion of Gumbo and many other villains from their past.
