Blue Bolt's first archenemy was the ruler of Green Kingdom. She fought against Blue Bolt on numerous occasions.
She had romantic feelings towards him.
She had control over her subjects and various monstrous animals.
She was also an enemy of Rocky Roberts, a crime boss. When Blue Bolt saved her from him, she told him that she would let him keep his life and that he can have one request from her.
Bolt told her that she should cease her world conquest or he wouldn`t stop fighting against her. She granted his wish, surprisingly. She has not been seen since.
