Hal and Kilowag drop Razer off at a Spider Guild prison but then learn that the Spider Guild is torturing the prisoners. Hal convinces Kilowag to go back and look around.
Meanwhile Razer is forced to watch his life mistakes, most importantly leaving his wife to join the milatary on his home planet, which lead to her murder. Which leads to Razer to become a Red Lantern.
Of course Hal and Kilowag are captured by the Spider Guild, and forced to relive their worse memories. It takes Aya's help to free Razer, goes back to the Interceptor to retrieve his Red Lantern Ring. He uses it to free Hal and Kilowag.
This leads to Hal inviting Razer to join him and Kilowag in their quest to take down the Red Lanterns.
