Sometimes you have to take a life to save a life, and that's just what Kusanagi did to save the Foreign Minister. She took down the terrorist to save the diplomat. Yet, despite that fact, she is sentenced to eight months in prison for use of excessive force. The same prison, it turns out, where the terrorist's pals have been sent for their crimes.
