He is the Prince J'Nissyde of another world, and wants Brigade (especially Battlestone) as his personal slaves.

He has enhanced physical abilities. He also has access to great technology, magic and money. He is also very intelligent.

The first time he battled Brigade, he was beaten. In their next confrontation, he battled with Battlestone and nearly won, but the rest of Brigade came in.

He killed Atlas with an energy blast.

Genocide is seen along with super-villains Warwolf, Blackrock, Shadow Supreme, and unknown individual being under the mind-control of Youngblood operative Psi-Fire for a new expandable team that gets sent on suicide missions. Genocide along with the other villains have been under Psi-Fire's control for years against their will.
