Garganta is back, as a misguided "shock treatment" applied by the loose cannon General Gordon once again changes Dr. Carol Heisler into the giantess with the appetite for destruction. As she lays waste to most of central Florida, while holding off the Army, Navy and the FemForce, a strange thing begins to happen: she is mutating! But into what?
"The Return Of Garganta, The 50 Foot Woman" is written and layed out by Richard Rome (The Count), pencilled by Mark Propst and Mark Heike, and inked by Heike, Chad Hunt (Wolverine) and John Dell. Guest stars Captain Tom Kelly, and David and Jason Burke.
Then, The Black Shroud has gathered the revived villains formerly housed in the Weir Asylum, and explains his master plan. He alone among living beings is aware of how reality was changed during The Armageddon Factor, and that Paragon no longer has the ability to evolve and match him. The Shroud and his minions will take over the Earth, and nothing can stop them!
"Gathering Of Evil", is written and drawn by Bill Black, and inked by Mark Heike. Guest starring Alizarin Crimson, Iron Jaw, Madame Boa, The Clown, Frankenstein, Singapore Sal and Gorganna, with cameos by Chromo, Ripjaw, The Vardax, Nightveil, Paragon and Stardust.
