Mysterious group named "Fear the Sky" teleport via clocks to the houses of their victims and ask them "the question that dare not to be asked". If the victim doesn't answer it instantly, they cut off its testicles with their razor-sharp sickles. Fortunately, Willoughby Kipling (who was one of their victims) had an answer: he read aloud one line from Robert Stevenson's book "A Child's Garden of Verses", thus trapping them in the one of the book's illustrations.
