- This issue would seem to indicate that the apparent problem of staffing that no doubt led to FF #189 being a reprint issue, had still not been solved by the time FF #190 arrived. While this story is not actually a reprint, the script is basically a collection of FF events, an "album issue" showcasing their past exploits and villains with a change in the art. Hence, it is also not a completely new story. Sal and Tony really had their work cut out for them in this issue!
