Johnny is a freak of nature: a man without legs and with two long arms he uses to move around. Also he has just one lung and one kidney. But facts are not how they seem: Johnny was born a healthy boy, and somebody let him so. This time the horror is too much even for the investigator of the nightmare, but he can not just turn his head away, and he will find the truth, at any cost.
