Ivana puts together a team consisting of Evo, Bliss and Sideways Bob to find out why someone is killing people in Idaho. The criminal commits a crime on TV and then turns invisible to get away. Evo is intended to be the bloodhood to sniff him out. However, once they arrive, all three get blindsided by the criminal, named Empty and only Evo gets away. Apparently, Empty cannot be seen, heard or smelt. He is now part of the new Twist gang, led by Texas and with new member Candielion.

After overcoming his fears, Evo returns and gets into a hostage situation. He is holding Candielion and Texas is holding Bliss. Evo wins the showdown and runs the Twist off. Much to Bliss' delight, he decides not to tell Ivana.

After the main story, the issue features a mini-story involving Sublime and Freestyle doing some competitive training, which Freestyle wins. Frostbite stops by to say goodbye but is given a new offer by Colby. Frostbite accepts and Colby says he will be contacted later.
