    John Herod has created strikes against Latveria as well strikes against the White House where Dr. Doom has taken rule in the days prior. Los Angeles with the West Coast is a damaged nuclear wasteland, Dr. Doom's alliances are crippled or dead, and John Herod sets to instill his own puppet President forefront to rule America; Captain America 2099.
