    Part three. The makers of A39 have taken control of the poorer parts of the city. Now they plan to contaminate the richer parts so they can control the entire city. Dr. Mid-Nite knows where their schemes will unfold. Can he convince the authorities to help him, or will he have to depend on the operatives he already has? And will they be enough to save the city?
