Dina Bell is a U.S. Marshall, and a close friend of Shilo Norman. She distinguished herself when a train she was using to transport several meta-criminals was hijacked to Apokolips. She helped fend off an army of Parademons and brought the consignment of villains back safely.
Dina was also present during the "Last Laugh" riots at the Slab.
She is an above average hand-to-hand combatant, and an excellent marksman.
