    Overview

    Batman discovers the truth behind the mysterious Whisper, but first he'll have to get past Abbot, who'll kill him to keep her secret from being revealed. Meanwhile, Whisper uses the ultimate prize, the offer of immortality, to shift the balance of power in the Gotham underworld.

    The heads of the Columbian and Russian mobs in Gotham have been murdered by their rivals, as arranged by Whisper A'Daire. But why? Reasoning that these deaths create a vacuum in the drug trade that Whisper's allies in the Lucky Hand Triad and Burnley Massive can fill, Batman still feels that there's a major piece missing. Continued from Detective Comics #744 and continues in Detective Comics #746.
