    Plot Summary

    Prelude

After an agreement between Carol Danvers and Peter's Aunt May it was decided that Spider-Man would receive training from the Ultimates. On his first lesson Iron Man and Spider-Man encounter a battle between Black Cat and Mysterio. The two are fighting for the Zodiac Key, the artifact that leveled a portion of New York City after a mistake by Black Cat.

Discovering that Mysterio's "smoky" exterior is just another illusion, Tony Stark takes the Zodiac Key for safekeeping while Black Cat and Spider-Man help as many people as they can after the disaster that had happened. Back at the Parker household Gwen and MJ reinstate their friendship and Peter and Mary Jane reinstate their romantic relationship.
