    The Exo-Mantle imbues the wearer with; superhuman strength, superhuman agility, superhuman speed, a personal force-field, twin lasers, a laser cannon, and the ability of flight. It also allows them to survive in space.

    Kate Spencer developed her Manhunter identity by stealing powerful items from a storage locker. One of these items was a Darkstar power suit from a long dead Darkstar that had fallen to Earth.
