Danger was an anthology published from 1953 to 1955 over the course of fourteen issues and two different publishers. Originally bearing the tagline "Men Without Fear" for the first five issues, the stories were generally of the adventure genre but with the sixth issue the tagline changed to "Secret Agents...Spies/Espionage...Intrigue" and the book took on a spy theme, now featuring a recurring character, Duke Douglas. However, after the eleventh issue the series ended with a short resurrection at Charlton a year later for three issues that kept the spy tagline but dropped featuring Duke Douglas on the cover. By the final issue, it was mainly just reprinting earlier stories featured in the comic.
