    From the tales of Cinderalla, Sleeping Beauty, The Little Mermaid and Snow White comes Damsels! In the aftermath of King Persine's rousing speech against magic violence erupts on the streets of Caumont. As citizen battles citizen the Queens Talia, Rapunzel, and Belle are busy making plans for the real war to come. Rapa manages to escape from the belly of the mighty wyrm only to find herself an unsuspecting guest in a mysterious palace of the night. But what exactly are her curious hosts' intentions? Dare she stay for just one more dance?

    After two lead-in issues to the series which were a bit shaky at times, finally the series really finds solid ground here.  It is not so much that the characters are fully developed here, it is more so that the developments within this issue finally provide a base to explain what has been going on.  To do so this issue completes a rarity – making its own fairy tale to fit within the grander scheme of other fairy tales.  I have seen this attempted in a lot of other places but it has never really ...
