    Harvey and Eisner award-winning creator Paul Chadwick returns for a two-issue outing with new Concrete stories, as well as new non-Concrete tales. This issue, Concrete does his part for gun control and gets shot for his troubles in "King of the Early Evening." Also, installments of the new 100 Horrors series, including the kids-can-be-so-cruel story "The Ugly Boy." The issue is rounded out with a look at art done by Chadwick for convention appearances and advertisements -- including four beautiful watercolor paintings.
