Leader of a big desert -pirate group, which resides inside of a stranded aircraft carrier and uses the technology found there to claim reign over everything they ley their eyes upon.
Castenado himself is blind, got two peg legs and both of his hands replaced by hooks. His other senses were mutated by the sun's radiation so he developed a radar sense. Also notable is hist almost super-human agility. His personality is best described as a cruel egomaniac who wilingly sacrifices his henchman for his own benefit.
At the climax of his hunt for the Pilgrim and the group of surviors led by him, Castenado dies onboard the Titanic in a napalmexplosion caused by Billy Shepherd, which leads to the retreat of the remaining pirates.
