    Ed Brubaker is Marvel's greatest writer right now. Hands down. His Captain America run will forever go down in the history books as one of the greatest runs ever. I'd been following it for a while, but found myself lapsed for various reasons, I had some doubts coming back. I thought things might have gotten too complicated or that Brubaker may have lost his touch.     Bucky Barnes' imprisonment in a Russian gulag comes to an end this issue as Black Widow comes to his aid and Steve Rogers handles the fallout on the home front. It's another strong issue of the Gulag story arc, but as a supposed conclusion, it leaves a lot to be desired.  One of the most interesting things about this story arc is how Ed Brubaker has been dusting off various Russian characters for use as inmates in the same gulag as Bucky.     Ed Brubaker's Captain America run has been amazing. It's been a great mix of top-notch storytelling and high quality artwork. And while I've enjoyed the recent "Gulag" story arc, this finale still left me scratching my head.  Black Widow has gone rogue and traveled to Russia in an attempt to free Bucky from his imprisonment in a brutal Russian gulag.
