As the “Twenty-First Century Blitz” rips through the streets of London, Cap comes face-to-face with an enemy he last faced in World War Two. And with Union Jack and Spitfire at his side, he fights to save London from destruction, while the Red Skull makes his move!

Aleksander Lukin and Red Skull make their move in London, as they are attacked by Captain America, Union Jack, and Spitfire. As Master Man comandeers an airship floating above the Houses of Parliament, Cap, U.J., and Spitfire come crashing aboard! We see the Winter Soldier lining up Lukin in his crosshairs, but is distracted by the airship as it is on fire and descending! Winter Soldier tosses his gun aside and runs towards where the blimp is falling and shouts "Cap!!" Cap and the villainous Master Man fall free from the burning blimp, and while Cap grabs hold of a buildings ledge, Master Man escapes yet again.

Facing defeat, Lukin awakes The Sleeper, a giant destruction machine buried beneath London.
