Bumper Carla was a champion of their dimension. The spirit of the fair. Bumper Carla fought for their people, kept them safe. Nothing ever defeated her. When Laodice, from other dimension, used a sundial to summon the powers of Bumper Carla, using them to fight off Muŝhuŝŝu, a mythical beast invoked by Laodice herself. After destroy invading army, the hybrid dragon attacked her people, and Laodice transformed into Bumper Carla. This affected Bumper Carla's powers of another dimension, her powers went away, and a lot of people died.
She was no the same afterwards. No one blamed her, but it pushed her over the edge. She became obsessed. Said she felt something... someone in that moment, leeching her abilities, leaving her human. She researched for years. Crazy books, crank theories, weird machines. She thought someone from other world stole her spirit in those moments, some symbol-wielding mage.
Eventually, she crossed into Laodice's world and tracked her down to killer her. She then surrendered herself over to one of her friends named Slim who imprisoned her in a place called the 'still zone.'
