    The major flaw to this series was the wrong guy wrote it.  It is clear that DC was planning their 52 for a while and when China Miéville's Vertigo Swamp Thing got canceled it slowly became clear Swamp Thing was returning to the DCU.  May be the this series was not organic enough for Jonathan Vankin because he had to bridge the Swamp Thing and Hellblazer stories without the Vertigo Banner to the jump in point of Scott Snyder's Swamp Thing.  In three issues summing up issues older then about 15 y...
