When they arrive a being of energy is blocking the fire fighters from the the fire and the Flame is unconscious after trying to stop it. masquerade finds out the the being is made up of the worst parts of all the heroes trapped in the Urn of Pandora and it destroys them and wants them dead. Pyroman enters the being only to end up like the Flame. Black Terror goes next and is met with images of the past. He then sees a little boy playing with action figures of Black Terror and Kid Terror. The Black Terror action figure grows into a near replica of Black Terror only it is a 1940's comic book version of himself. The two battle.
