Billy the Kid's Old Timey Oddities and the Ghastly Fiend of London #2

Billy the Kid managed to make it nearly a full day in London without passing out drunk and being carted off to jail, which unfortunately wasn't long enough to find Jack the Ripper, who is still on the loose.
