    Wolves, a new minicomic from Becky Cloonan, is a short story about a hunter, a wolf, and a bad decision. The events unfold over a series of flashbacks, through thick brushstrokes and crosshatching. Originally published in Japanese in 2009, this English edition includes four added pages and a three-color silk screened cover.

    Indie ash-cans are fun.  At times they can be a bit expensive, this tends to happen with top talent.  This mini-comic cost $5 CAD when it was released at TCAF May 7th.  The first printing was only 1000 that are signed and numbered.  The book sold out by the next day and likely will be in print again for other conventions.The story is 24 pages fully written and illustrated by Becky Cloonan, which was first featured in a Japanese Anthology titled Journeys (2009).  This story of "Were"-Wolves would...
