THE GOOD: Adrian Syaf is an amazing artist. He is a huge reason why I really enjoy this book. I really like the feeling that he adds to the whole book. It's very light and it's different then any other series set in Gotham. I really like the way that he draws action poses and the details that he adds into the panels. It gives you a lot to look at, The story is okay. We see Batgirl fighting a group of people that all have superpowers. I really like seeing the return of Detective Mel. I think that...

Approaching one year behind the wheel of Batgirl, Gail Simone brings Ardian Syaf along for another Barbara Gordon adventure.The Good: To begin, Syaf provides more solid yet unspectacular artwork for Batgirl. Stanley 'Artgerm' Lau delivers a really nice cover, a little dull in design, but decent enough to work with the quality of the art. Also, I LOVE the way the city looks in the background. And I think it's kind of hilarious in a stupid way that the last line of the previous issue was 'Knightfall descends,' and the text on this cover says 'Knightfall Ascends.'
