After the colossal fight against Morgan Le Fey, things are back to normal. The charter members of the Avengers goes in a meeting, deciding who should flesh out the roster of the current team. While they are busy debating who should be on the team with the new government liaison, Duane Freeman, Whirlwind commits robberies around New York City. Easily evading a giant cadre of Avengers, Whirlwind is finally stopped by Justice and Firestar, while being overlooked by Hawkeye. When the team roster is finally revealed, Justice and Firestar are placed on reserve for apprehending Whirlwind. The final roster is Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Warbird, Hawkeye, Scarlet Witch and Vision.
