    Animal Man faces off against a group of robots attacking Gotham City. It's all the plot of the classic comic super-villain...the Red Mask? Grant Morrison brings readers the tragic life tale of this Golden Age villain!

    Animal Man attempts to stop a group of dangerous robots, who are attacking Gotham City. He discovers the man behind the chaos, A golden age villain called the Red Mask. Instead of fighting the disturbed villain, they speak. Red Mask talks about his life as a super-villain, and laments his failures. He tells Animal Man that this is his last bit of evildoing, as he plans on jumping off the building upon which they communicate.

    Animal Man seemingly gets to Red Mask, and apparently saves him. However, once Animal Man leaves, Red Mask goes sidewalk diving.

    Something tells me Invasion was a real pain to read. Like every damn thing tied into it, ever, though it did have one major development that affected a mildly recent comic. (Talking about Ted Kord's killer) but this book is dealing with the immediate aftermath, I think, or buddy is just randomly in Florida. Either way buddy is in Florida for some reason and the last issue was a Invasion! tie-in. If this was an Invasion tie-in, people probably felt cheated, because I have no damn clue what this ...
