    Mesmero, a mutant hypnotist, escapes from prison and flees to Canada while officials send some cloaked Sentinels to chase him. Alpha Flight intercepts the impending battle and fights off the Sentinels as well as Mesmero. They win the brawl, but not before Puck is gravely injured. Alpha Flight then rushes to bring Puck to Scramble, who may be able to save him.

    Puck Part 42: Alpha Flight #43 0

    Puck faces off against several American fugitives with devastating results.  Judd starts off fighting against fellow Alphan Box and ends up facing three Mark VI Sentinels and Mesmero. He does his best against those Mesmero hypnotized, even keeping his eyes closed,  as other Alphans take on the robots. The Sentinels are destroyed, but Judd gets hit by shrapnel of one of them and badly beaten by affected civilians until Mesmero is finally stopped.  Notes of Interest: 1) His pilot skills come back...
