The Hamsters are relaxing on Miami Beach. When Jackie chases after a Frisbee, he runs into a giant toe-jam monster. It grabs him and starts sucking on his toes. Chuck escapes and warns the others.
The creature stomps out of the bushes and the Hamsters jump into their car and speed away. Somehow the creature manages to keep up, even to the top of a giant parking garage.
It grabs Clint and the others pile on. They all fall en masse into the ocean, where a whirlpool starts sucking them down.
They are pulled into the underwater lair of Infidel Castro and his arm-candy, Stella Starlight. Castro has been experimenting on Cuban refugees, trying to make them into super-efficient treasure divers. The experiments went awry, and they have now turned into the toe-jam monsters, who he uses to attack luxury liners.
The Hamsters are separated into different chambers. Chuck finds himself attacked by a giant robot, but it starts having spasms while they fight.
Jackie is caught in a bunch of wires which threaten to constrict him to death. Chuck realizes Jackie is inside the robot, and is the reason it is malfunctioning. He manages to pull Jackie out.
Clint is attacked by a flying dick covered with blades. He dodges its many shot-out knives until he turns and blasts it from his sunglasses, like Cyclops. He runs into the others.
Bruce is tied up in a scuba suit, surrounded by sharks.
Castro taunts the others with Bruce's predicament, and then shoots him with a remote-control harpoon gun!
