    Last issue, the Man of Steel encountered the bald-headed evil genius The UItra-Humanite for the fist time. And believed that the Ultra-Humanite died in trying to escape. Unbeknownst to Superman, though, The Ultra-Humanite escaped, and in this issue Superman stumbles across him quite by accident when thugs in his employ have been rented out to a shady construction company.   Lex Luthor will eventually become Superman's greatest nemesis, but it's interesting to see The Ultra-Humanite here, as he i...
