Flash First confrontation: Unknown Edwin Gauss is an amazing genius, on scale with Batman or Mr. Terrific. Gauss was working for a man who wanted him to treat his daughter, Meredith, for injuries. Gauss was meanwhile working on technology for the man. Gauss developed a suit that would let him travel between the second and fourth dimensions, and quit treating the man's daughter-who died. Gauss used the suit to go on crime sprees and kill people. Eventually, Black Flash caught him, and pineed him to the third dimension. But Folded Man escaped. He continued life as a criminal until he was recently captured, by, of course, the Flash. He currently is in Iron Heights-without the suit. He could easily break free anytime and be at large, though, so Flash and the Keystone law enforcement is wary. |
