Things are really heating up in the pages of THE FLASH. He recently had to deal with the entire Rogues and is fighting an invasion from Gorilla Grodd. To make things worse, Barry Allen will soon be facing Reverse-Flash once again. It all begins in THE FLASH #17.
CBR posted an interview with writers Francis Manapul and Brian Buccellato and it's revealed that this Reverse-Flash will not be either of the previous incarnations: Eobard Thawne or Hunter Zolomon.
Who will this Reverse-Flash be? We'll have to wait. The actual story won't begin until May's issue #20. Manapul will be taking a two-month break. Buccellato has mentioned on Twitter he will still be writing and his two-issue arc will feature the Trickster and the unconfirmed plan is for Marcio Takara to do the art.
It was also mentioned that Barry and Bart Allen would be meeting during this arc. We'll have to see what the reaction is from both and how come it's taken this long for them to meet.
